BIOGRAPHY

Alessandro Cajrati Crivelli is a globally renowned property developer with over 23 years’ experience building his company, EST4TE FOUR, in Milan, London, New York and Los Angeles. His strong reputation is mainly underpinned by his impressive track record creating the Zona Tortona in Milan arguably the largest fashion districts in the world solidifying a strong connection between Alessandro and the fashion industry.

Alessandro is known for combining cutting edge design and artistic sensibilities with the capacity to reach and select some of the most brilliant creative people in the world. These talents come together to create truly landmark properties. He cares passionately about the arts and design and has developed professional and personal friendships with many fashion industry leaders.
He moved to London in 2006 and bought the former Royal Mail sorting office in Victoria, which hosts talents such as Tom Ford and Mark Newson. In 2012, Alessandro moved to the U.S. and developed the strategic 50 Varick Street property in TriBeCa, home of both Spring Studios and Spring Place, and the official host of TriBeCa Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, and Independent Art Fair.
