Andreea Moraru

BIOGRAPHY

Andreea Moraru is Director, Regional Head responsible for managing EBRD’s operations in Greece and Cyprus. She has over 20 years of experience in leading, structuring, negotiating and closing of a wide range of debt and equity projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and North Africa. During this time, she has served as a non-executive director on insurance and pension funds boards in Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Russia and currently in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine. Andreea has an Executive MBA from Cass Business School London and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD Business School.
