Annivas Vasilopoulos is the driving force behind ANICON, where he serves as Founder and Managing Director. With a sharp strategic vision and an unwavering commitment to technical excellence, he guides the company’s growth and ensures each project meets the highest standards of performance and impact. At the heart of his leadership is a belief in clarity, collaboration, and delivering value that endures.

Over the course of his international career, Annivas has led some of the most complex and high-profile construction and development projects across Greece, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong. From luxury hotels to cultural landmarks and major infrastructure, he has managed multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, culturally diverse environments — always with a solutions-focused mindset and a steady hand.

Before founding ANICON., Annivas held senior leadership roles at the global consultancy Faithful+Gould (Atkins), where he played a pivotal role in delivering iconic projects. His portfolio includes the 42-storey LEED Gold-certified Hari Hotel in Hong Kong, the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix, Hotel G in Singapore, the Australian Embassy Complex in Thailand, and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens.

Annivas is recognized not just for his technical acumen, but also for his ability to build trust, solve complex challenges, and lead with purpose. A chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) under the Project Management pathway, Anniva’s work has earned wide recognition. In 2019, he received the President’s Award from Faithful+Gould for outstanding achievement in project management, engineering, and design. More recently, he was named to Fortune Magazine’s prestigious 40 Under 40 list in 2024 and featured on both the Builders 100 Power List and 20 Under 40 Construction Engineers, affirming his influence and impact on the built environment.
