BIOGRAPHY

“DAY GROUP” was founded over 50 years ago on the Hellenic market and starting
with 2004, Dimitrios Mourkakos is responsible for the Business Development of the
Company. With 20 years of Property Development Expertise in Romania, thus expanding
the 50 years – old family property development business in Greece by setting – up Day
Group in Romania. Dimitrios Mourkakos, as “DAY GROUP” CEO and major shareholder, has
established the Romanian branch in Bucharest Romania, where has successfully
developed and delivered up to date, more than 45.000 sqm of commercial projects and
650 apartments in various high-end residential projects, such as Calarasi Residence,
Dristor Residence I, Day Residence, Pipera Residence and Decebal Residence, being also
engaged in the development of 12.000 sqm office space in Downtown Bucharest (Day
Tower Building- Enel Romania headquarter) and in a Mixed – Use Redevelopment
project in Bucharest Central – Northern area. At Day Group, Dimitrios strives to provide
the highest quality in each of the markets and communities the Company addressed to
and along with his team of professionals are devoted to creating value-added Real Estate
products and long – lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the clients and partners.

Under Dimitrios leadership and values, in 2018, “DAY GROUP” started operating
also in Athens, Greece, delivering the “THE FIRST” (Designed by ISV Architects) residential
building in Glyfada, Greece comprised of 4 luxury units and 1250m2 of total surface. The
project is an architectural and aesthetic initiative, aiming to upgrade the suburban
landscape, by infusing it with a modern, state-of-the-art building.

By 2020 the landmark of “DAY GROUP”, the “ONE SOUTH” was launched in the
heart of the Athenian Riviera, Voula, Greece reflecting Dimitrios vision over the high-end
suburban living experience in a perfectly managed community. “ONE SOUTH” is an
innovative luxurious compound comprised of 4 independent buildings with a total of 26
units and total surface of 9.500m2.

Furthermore, two more residential projects are under development, respectively
“1KIPROU RESIDENCE” in Glyfada, Greece and “1FILOTHEI PROJECT” in Filothei, Greece.
“1KIPROU RESIDENCE” will total 2.500m2 GBA, comprised of 12 privileged units. On
the other hand, “1FILOTHEI PROJECT” will total 2.500m2 GBA, comprised of 3 unique
residences.

Holding a Civil Engineering degree from the Technical University of Patra in
