An experienced professional, with 20 years of international experience in management consulting, both in the roles of engagement leader / director as well as in executive management positions. He has a long and successful track record as a leader of multi-disciplinary teams in resolving complex management and business problems for large companies and institutions, with a proven ability to coach, develop and inspire. 
 
He has a very wide sectoral experience spanning the fields of Consumer, Retail & Industrial sectors, Logistics & Transport Infrastructure, Banking as well as the Energy & Renewables sectors, where he has successfully led strategy, large scale restructuring & transformation projects, value chain operations optimization & advanced commercial analytics and machine learning assignments, as well as large privatizations & investments evaluations. 
 
His unique combination of functional & sectoral understanding, problem solving skills and technical expertise in the fields of machine learning and digital business model transformation allow him to establish thought leadership and to set the agenda at CEO level within organizations.
