BIOGRAPHY

Effie Polyzogopoulou is a strategic and highly creative senior executive leader with a wealth of experience in Brand Transformation and Creative Communications and a 20-year pedigree of designing and delivering world-class brand strategies, for multi-national organizations, globally.
Effie held significant leadership positions in communication companies and large organizations in Greece and abroad before she established ITW-Global in Zurich. A transformation consulting firm, structured for innovation and positive change that provides Strategy, Design, Production and everything in between for Fortune 500 companies, public organizations, and other businesses spread all over the world, covering diverse industries.
Effie is now leading ITW-Global into the space of Responsible AI and AI Governance, transforming how artificial intelligence shapes our world driving innovation and practical impacts across industries.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree (MA) in Communications and Mass Media from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master (MA) in Strategic Communication & Public Relations from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. She has been awarded multiple times at international creative competitions and leads by example to build, empower and motivate teams, actively nurturing an environment where diversity, unique perspectives, inclusivity, and collaboration thrive.
