George Veinoglou

BIOGRAPHY

George is a Manager at EY Greece, leading the Real Estate practice in EY-Parthenon. He has extensive experience in property valuations, feasibility studies and other advisory real estate projects (e.g. market research, commercial DD). He has also worked on challenging projects related to business plan preparation and business valuations of real estate and hospitality related entities. Prior to EY he worked as a valuer and investment advisor for Savills Hellas, while he has also served as head of market research for the same company.

He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Glasgow, an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an MBA from the Alba Graduate Business School. He is a chartered valuation surveyor, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
