Μr Konstaninos Malevitis is the founder and managing partner of 88 Homes, a sophisticated 360 Developer, focusing primarily in the development of Branded Hospitality Assets. With an academic background in Mathematics and Management postgraduate studies in the UK, Konstantinos started his career in the commercial real estate market back in 2012. With exceptional skills in deal sourcing, structuring and financing has participated in numerous development projects, while assisting institutional investors as well as international brands with their footprint expansion in the Hellenic Market.
